Shipping policy
Shipping time frame:
We ship the next working day after payment.
Small Items up to 2kg: (Doesn't include Furniture & Appliances)
1-2 working days for non-rural Address
2-4 working days for rural address
Furniture and Appliances Delivery Time Frame:
5-10 working days for Non-Rural
7-11 working days for Rural
Delays may occur during peak times i.e. Christmas, Public Holidays, etc. If the order has been placed on weekends or on public holidays it will be dispatched on the next working day.

Undeliverable address & returned items:
If an order is returned back to our warehouse for any reason such as an undeliverable address provided, BroDeals reserves the right to charge any additional costs to the buyer for re-delivering the order.
Damaged and Missing Parcels
If you receive a damaged parcel or the tracking shows delivered while you haven't received the parcel please contact us, we can send a replacement or can lodge an inquiry for you.
In case of a damaged item, the receiver should check the parcel thoroughly before signing the consignment. We reserve the right to decline replacement/refund if the consignment signed as “good order” at the time of delivery.
The receiver can also decline delivery if the courier driver insists to sign it before checking the damage. In this case, please report back to us and we will complain for that driver to courier management.
Combine shipping:
Yes, but not free of cost! Please ask us before placing an order. We will advise you to combine shipping according to your address & required items. (Larger items may incur extra charges)
Deliveries to Chatham Islands, Stewart Island, Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island or any other island may attract additional fees. Contact Us for more information.
